ZR-QX and ZR-X Series: Enabling precise alignment to the target

| The ZR-QX is designed for transparent object detection. Because the sensor has no dead zone, bottles can be detected regardless of the position on the belt. | The ZR-X type is designed for non-transparent detection. Because the sensor has a coaxial beam, it is ideal for applications requiring the sensor to look through a small slot or opening. |
| • The unique coaxial LED design is a great choice for applications where the position of the target changes. (ie: bottles on a conveyor line) | • The LED design also allows for very high repeat accuracy. Ideal for end travel limits, RPM monitoring, precise positioning of parts, and counting. |
| • Unlike many sensors, the ZR-QX and ZR-X have no minimum sensing distance requirement allowing the reflector or target material to be placed at the face of the sensor. | • Perfect for applications requiring the sensor to look through a small opening or slot. This would be impossible for normal retro-reflective sensors. |
| • The coaxial design creates a bright powerful led light source that makes for easy and precise alignment to the reflector. | • The ZR-QX is designed for transparent object detection including glass and plastic bottles. |
| • The ZR-X polarized version is designed for any non-transparent material and has a high speed response time for speed critical applications. | • Also available in a laser light source version. See D series and D2SA series. |
