| 3 MVS cameras are set-up to inspect 3 separate lines. Each camera is set to verify the color and inspect the proper orientation of the capacitor. | Two optical character recognition MVS cameras are set-up to verify the proper page order before binding a catalog. |
| • Each color CCD camera has a built-in vision processor that independently processes the image improving overall response time. | • The controller can support up to three cameras simultaneously without increasing response time. |
| • The MVS controller includes color touch panel for easy set-up and online monitoring of the inspection process. | • A power supply for control of the external lighting is integrated into the controller. The controller can adjust light intensity as well as switch between strobe and continuous light. |
| • There are 3 different camera models to choose from. One for color sorting and pattern matching, one for various measuring applications, and one for optical character recognition. | • The MVS includes an innovative darkness compensation function that calculates the hue of each pixel in order get a consistent color for each pixel. This is great for counteracting the affectsof ambient lighting, glossiness of material and changes in working distance. |
| • Up to 63 failed inspection images can be stored in into memory for evaluation and trouble shooting. | • The images can also be downloaded to a pc and emailed to Optex FA Technical Support. |
| • There is a help button located on the controller that is used for explaining functions and programming steps in more detail. | • Also Available CVS series smart color sensors. |
