PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY. THEY CONTAIN IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT YOUR RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS, AS WELL AS LIMITATIONS AND EXCLUSIONS THAT APPLY TO YOUR PURCHASES.
Terms and Conditions
The following terms and conditions govern your use of this Site. By using this Site, you are indicating your acceptance of the following terms and conditions (the "Terms and Conditions"). The Terms and Conditions shall supplement any subsequent terms or conditions included with any purchase order, whether or not such terms or conditions are signed by us. We reserve the right to make changes to this Site and these Terms and Conditions at any time.
In the event a product is listed with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in product information, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed with the incorrect information. We shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card has been charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, we shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge.
Product Availability and Pricing
We cannot guarantee product availability and products, nonetheless, these items may not be available for immediate delivery. We reserve the right, without liability or prior notice, to revise, discontinue, or cease to make available any or all products or to cancel any order.
Shipping and Delivery
Shipment of all products ordered is done from Ramco Innovations in West Des Moines, IA. Ramco Innovations uses UPS and various customs agencies (for outside USA) deliveries. Ramco Innovations is not responsible for any shipping problems and shall not be held liable for any "reasonable" delay beyond our advertised delivery time-frames. Shipment by Ground Courier can take up to 10 business days for delivery or Express Courier which can take up to 3 business days for delivery. Shipping time frames are once the order has been processed. Due to high demand, order processing can take 1 to 3 business days.
The on-time delivery guarantee does not apply to shipments that are delayed due to causes beyond UPS's control, including, but not limited to, the following: the unavailability or refusal of a person to accept delivery of the shipment, delays caused by the consignee, acts of God, public authorities acting with actual or apparent authority on the premises, acts or omissions of Customs or similar authorities, riots, circumstances arising before, during, or after a strike or other labor disputes, civil commotions, disruptions in the air or ground transportation network (such as weather phenomena), and natural disasters. Out of Stock items
Orders placed on items that are listed as “out of stock” are placed immediately on back order. A Customer Service Associate will contact you as soon as possible to discuss the details of the sale. Please be sure to include the correct contact information.

Credit cards accepted are VISA, MasterCard and American Express. All credit card orders will be approved and verified before your shipment can be made. All products ordered will be charged in US Dollars. Taxes will be charged based on the shipping address if applicable. We do accept wire transfer (contact our accounting department for details 800-328-6236). We do not accept payment by check.
Orders for special order or high volume are subject to terms of Optex FA. Some items cannot be canceled and are non-returnable.
Before returning qualified merchandise, you must contact Customer Service to get an RMA number. Customer Service will fill out details of your request and email or fax a copy of the RMA to you. The RMA number must be clearly marked on all return shipments or it will be refused. Products must be returned in the original carton, in like new condition and include all documentation, and accessories to avoid restocking charges.
Freight for all returns is the customer’s responsibility.
- Do not write-on or mark the original product boxes. You must remove any company stickers, labels or markings from merchandise before returning (Subject to a processing fee if markers are not removed).
- All returns are subject to a restock fee.
- All returns are subject to inspection.
- Inspection approval is at Ramco’s discretion. Credit will be issued accordingly.
- Freight charges from the original shipment to customer will not be included in credit.
Optex FA products carry a one-year warranty against defects in material and workmanship. If a product proves defective in material within one year from the date of purchase we will replace or repair.
