E Series: Sub miniature self contained sensor for flexible mounting in tight spaces

| The EL-S08 convergent front sensing version is positioned to detect the leading edge of a small circuit board. The location required the sensor to be very compact and have a high repeat accuracy. | The ET-S500 side view thrubeam mounted to the conveyor rails in order to verify that the rubber seal on the Automotive part is seated properly. The sensor is positioned so that it is just above the part. If the rubber seal pops out of position, it blocks the beam and turns on an output signal to kick it off the line. |
| • The E series has a very slim 3.5mm thick profile that makes the sensor ideal for space savings and placing the sensor in very tight spaces. | • Because the sensor is self contained, it can be connected directly into a PC/PLC input without the need of a separate sensor amplifier. |
| • There are front sensing as well as side sensing versions that provide a wide variety of mounting options. | • The universal slotted mounting holes enable simple and easy changeover of existing sensors. |
| • The cable exits the sensor at a 45 degree angle permitting more mounting flexibility. | • The E series provides an excellent repeat accuracy that is great for demanding positioning applications. |
| • The E Series comes standard with M8 quick disconnect or integral 2 meter cable for flexible interfacing with equipment | • The highly visible power and output indicator can be seen from the front and the back of the sensor that allow for more simple confirmation of output status of the sensor. |
